Age & Delivery Policy

The SPOT policies for adult customers. Please review these terms before placing a delivery request.

Minimum age (21+)

The SPOT sells nicotine and vapor products exclusively to adults who are at least 21 years of age. We do not sell to minors. By using this site you confirm you are 21 or older and will not purchase products for anyone under 21.

Two-step age verification

  1. Site age gate — first line of defense before browsing (client-side consent stored in localStorage on this device).
  2. In-person ID at delivery — government photo ID is checked when the order arrives. If the recipient cannot prove they are 21+, the sale is refused and products are not left.

The SPOT may use additional commercial age-verification tools for accounts or high-volume markets. The in-person delivery ID check remains mandatory for The SPOT's pay-on-delivery model.

Pay on delivery — no online payment

Customers do not pay online. There is no Stripe, PayPal, or card checkout on this site. After you place an order / schedule delivery, you pay cash or card in person when the driver/courier completes the ID check.

Placing an order online is a delivery request, not a completed remote sale until age is verified and payment is collected at the door.

Delivery area & jurisdiction limits

The SPOT fulfills only where the merchant is licensed and where local law allows adult nicotine/vapor sales via this model. Some U.S. states and localities restrict flavored products, certain device types, or how nicotine products may be sold. We verify delivery eligibility before scheduling. Orders we cannot legally fulfill will be declined.

If mail carriers are used for any products, carrier and PACT Act rules may apply separately. The SPOT provides local hand delivery with cash or card payment at delivery.

Failed ID check

No ID, expired ID, or recipient under 21: no sale. Products return with the courier. Do not ask drivers to leave nicotine products without a completed age check and payment.
